Message from Dr. Menon:
In 2000, we had an epiphany... robotic surgery would be a safer and more precise method for attacking prostate cancer. Most people thought that we were crazy: some still do! However, the past ten years has seen urologists and other surgical specialists apply robotic techniques to a variety of procedures.
On behalf of the Vattikuti Urology Institute (VUI) and Henry Ford Hospital, I am pleased to invite you to the International Robotic Urology Symposium+ 2011. The "plus" is significant - not only will we continue to show live surgery, but this year we will have them every morning from various institutions, both domestic and international. We will have an Alumni Session highlighting how people have progressed in their careers and have started their own robotics programs. We will also highlight alternative therapies to benign prostatic diseases.
Again the program will be held at the magnificent Wynn Las Vegas. We had a great experience there and we know you did too.
| When: |
January 13-16, 2011 |
| Where: |
The Wynn - Las Vegas, Nevada |
On behalf of the entire team, we look forward to seeing you in Las Vegas!

Mani Menon, M.D., FACS
