About Me

Biographical Statement

Angel Rolando Peralta, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist and critical care physician who specializes in interventional pulmonology. He performs minimally invasive procedures for diagnosis and treatment of lung and pleural diseases. These include malignant and benign diseases of the lung, such as lung cancer, sarcoidosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary fibrosis and other conditions.

Dr. Peralta chose to specialize in interventional pulmonology because it's an area that uses innovation and evolving technologies to find new ways to help patients. Cases that previously needed major surgery, can now be treated using minimally invasive techniques in interventional pulmonology.

He is board certified in internal medicine, critical care medicine, pulmonary disease, and interventional pulmonology.
