Henry Ford Health System invites you to attend our Baldrige Sharing Days event, where we will be sharing the steps we took to become a 2011 Malcolm Baldrige Award recipient with organizations on similar journey to performance excellence.
Sharing Days provide a unique opportunity to learn more about our Baldrige journey and to take “deep dives” into the Baldrige application process with the executive champions and Category co-leads who were involved from the beginning.
The first day of the program will feature an overview of our entire journey, with presentations on each category, as well as special sessions on innovation and our community partnerships. An evening reception will allow for networking with members of the senior leadership team. The cost of the day one only session is $750.
On Day 2 you will be touring our flagship campus, Henry Ford Hospital, as well as the newly constructed state-of-the-art Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. The day 2 session will be a half-day, wrapping up at 1:00 p.m. The cost to participate in the day 2 only session is $350. Participants who choose to attend both days of the conference will be charged a reduced rate of $1000.
In the spirit of the Baldrige process, these events are to promote two-way sharing, and attendees will be asked to share best practices from their organizations.
