			<title>Adaptive Chair Yoga</title>

				<description>This 75-minute class with Julie Levinson, RYT adapts traditional Hatha Yoga postures using a chair and is designed to meet the needs of the individual.  This gentle yoga class focuses on improving strength and flexibility and is ideal for those living with or recovering from chronic illness or injury.  The use of yoga postures, breath work and meditation are tools to move toward greater health and well-being. 				<description>Qi Gong is a Chinese practice that is considered one of the highest forms of healing.  It incorporates breathing patterns, physical postures, and movements that influence the Acupuncture channels, internal organs, muscles, tendons, and skeletal system.  It is a comprehensive system of exercise to promote health and vitality.  This class will allow students to explore a variety of basic Qi Gong practices and focus on various health conditions.  It is for people of all ages, sizes, and health conditions.
