One Little Word: Wellness Innovators ERG Kick-Off Event

Have you ever set a New Year's resolution and had a difficult time following through? What if we switched to focusing on our intentions instead of trying to force a resolution? A resolution is focused on changing something that needs to be fixed, intentions focus more on opportunities for growth. Setting intentions aligns with the direction we want to go and the life that brings us joy.

Supplies: Heavy paper/cardstock, pen, markers, or colored pencils
(heavy paper will allow the paper to be folded and stand up as well as allowing for the use of markers without the colors bleeding through - we will be using both sides of the paper)

These virtual sessions are designed for the Henry Ford Health Wellness Innovators Employee Resource Group (ERG) to kick-off becoming the most recently formed ERG. These sessions are co-sponsored by Henry Ford Health iCare4U and Wellness Innovators ERGs. All sessions are open to all employees, their families, and the community.
