Join us for a beginner Tai Chi series lead by Catherine Runjie Yu, certified instructor of the Therapeutic Tai Chi Club.
Tai chi is a calming exercise for persons of all ages and abilities. It enhances relaxation, focus, posture, balance, strength, coordination, immune response and mood. Tai chi can be easily adapted for anyone, from the most fit to people recovering from surgery. No special clothing is needed.
Classes will be held in the Yoga studio.
NOTE: No class on the following dates 2/28/2019 and 3/07/2019
