Dr. Spadafora was born and raised in the Detroit area and attended The University of Detroit Mercy (UDM) for her undergraduate education. She attended The Michigan College of Optometry at FSU and graduated with distinction in 1993. She began practicing at the Henry Ford OptimEyes Roseville Super Vision Center, and provided eye care to the homebound through the Nursing Home Eye Care Group of Michigan. In 2007, she and her family embraced the opportunity to travel overseas to Shanghai, China . While residing in Shanghai, she was offered the opportunity to practice multicultural eye care at the New Vision International Eye Clinic of RuiJin Hospital. As of 2010, she has returned to the USA and is enjoying providing comprehensive eye care at the Henry Ford OptimEyes Lakeside Super Vision Center. Dr. Spadafora is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu National Jesuit Honors Society, recipient of the Golden Key Award and the Vision Service Plan's Clinical Excellence Award. She enjoys creating beautiful memories with her husband a two children.
