Ingredients

  • 2 red grapefruit
  • 8 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven broiler. Cut grapefruit in half and using a small serrated knife, section each half. Place grapefruit halves, cut side up, on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle each half with 2 teaspoons brown sugar. Broil 3 to 6 minutes or until sugar topping begins to brown. To prepare the vanilla cream, blend cream cheese, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. To serve, top each warm grapefruit half with 1 tablespoon vanilla cream.
