Glazed Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh asparagus, sliced and steamed
  • 1 tablespoon tub margarine
  • 2 tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon sweet red chili sauce (such as A Taste of Thai brand)

Instructions

Thoroughly wash and trim asparagus ends and cut into 1-inch pieces. Steam for 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp tender. In a large non-stick skillet, heat margarine, apricot preserves and sweet red chili sauce over medium-high heat, about 3 to 6 minutes, reducing slightly. Add steamed asparagus and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
