Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup skim milk
  • sugar or sugar substitute-optional
  • Plain Yogurt
  • Fresh, frozen or canned fruit

Directions

  1. Combine oats, lemon juice, milk and, if using, sugar substitute
  2. Let sit overnight
  3. Serve as a parfait layered with yogurt and fruit
