Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low fat graham cracker crumbs (about 10 squares)
  • 2 tablespoons trans fat free margarine, melted
  • 3 cups fresh strawberries, rinsed and quartered
  • 3/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon sugar, divided
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup low fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a small bowl, blend melted margarine with graham cracker crumbs. Press firmly and evenly into the bottom and sides of an 8- or 9-inch pie pan. Place berries gently and evenly in graham cracker crust. In a medium bowl sift flour and sugar together. Add reduced fat sour cream and low fat vanilla yogurt to flour mixture and stir well. Pour mixture over berries and spread evenly. Sprinkle reserved 1 teaspoon sugar over top. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes or until crust is lightly golden brown.
