Raffle will take place on Saturday, March 7 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital’s Medallion Ball. Winner need not be present to win and will be contacted that evening, if not present.
24-Month Lease terms include:
- 24-month prepaid lease with 10,000 miles per year
- Valued at $11,000, all rebates return to dealer.
- Winner must be at least 18 years of age with valid Michigan Driver’s License
- Winner must have approved credit through leasing lender to qualify for lease
- Winner will be financially responsible for adding full-coverage insurance through personal insurance policy, will be asked to show proof of coverage and required to maintain coverage throughout the duration of the lease
- Winner will be financially responsible for all state titling, documentation, and registration/license plate fees.
- Winner can change or upgrade vehicle or lease parameters, but will be financially responsible for any monetary difference from the original raffle vehicle
- Winner will work directly with Jim Riehl’s Friendly Automotive Group to finalize lease details and agreement
Raffle Rules:
Winning ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age with valid Michigan ID.
Winner will be required to provide Henry Ford Health with valid social security number and must complete all IRS and similar forms.
In accordance with State of Michigan raffle regulations, raffle ticket purchases are not considered charitable donations. As such, tickets do not have a fair market value and are not tax-deductible for charitable giving purposes.
Henry Ford Health will pay all IRS-related taxes on behalf of the winner.
