Chris Milback, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.A.F.P.

Dr. Milback is an accomplished physician executive with extensive experience in physician alignment, population health management, integrated delivery systems, payer operations, utilization management, accountable care organizations and value-based care.

Before his appointment as CMO in May 2019, Dr. Milback was Medical Director of the Colleague Health Plan & Population Health for Trinity Health in Livonia, Mich. and has also held leadership roles at Health Plus of Michigan and Beaumont Health.

Board certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Milback earned his medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York and an MBA in health care management from Oakland University. He is a former member of the board of directors for both Oakland County Medical Society, and the Michigan State Medical Society. He currently serves as a board member for the Michigan Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
