The senior Healthy Living program invites you for the virtual presentation, “4 Types of Exercise Everyone Should Be Doing” on September 2 at 11:00 a.m.
Regardless of your physical ability, there are four types of exercises everyone should be doing to prevent falls and improve mobility per the National Institute on Aging’s guidelines. Participants review examples of each type and how to add them to their daily routine. These exercises help reduce the risk of falling and can extend someone’s independence.
