Lace up your shoes for a FREE guided running clinic and 5k training run. The evening will start with a dynamic warm up led by the Henry Ford Sports Performance and Rehabilitation team where you will learn more about mobility, stretching and strengthening to help with injury prevention and improving running economy. Following the clinic, you can participate in a self-paced 5K run. Whether you're a seasoned runner or a new to the sport, this community event offers everyone expert guidance and a motivating group atmosphere.
