Sound Bath and Meditation

Henry Ford Cancer is excited to partner with Detroit health organization The Village Personal Training and Wellness to bring you Sound Bath and Meditation sessions. These 40-minute therapeutic sound bath and meditation experiences are curated to help participants relax, practice stillness, focus, relieve stress, stimulate the immune system, and express gratitude.

Session includes:

• Breath work to regulate nervous system 
• Seated stretches that will increase blood flow 
• Sound bath to provide tranquil environment 
• Meditation to help you focus, assess, and reflect 
• Affirmations to empower you through your week

Join us during your lunch for this amazing experience! Sessions are open to Henry Ford Cancer patients, post treatment survivors and their loved ones at no cost. 

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. You may also participate seated in a chair if preferred.
