About Us
Stellantis Family Health and Wellness Center delivered by Henry Ford Health provides a convenient, low-to-no-cost option for acute, preventive and wellness-focused primary care services to all Stellantis employees and their dependents enrolled in the Stellantis Health Care Plan. Our goal is to be your trusted partner in health and wellness. We provide access to a broad range of services designed to meet your individual needs and work with you to achieve your health goals.
We strive to efficiently and effectively coordinate your care by using a team approach that helps avoid delays and unnecessary services. This includes communicating about your care at the Center with your current physicians, if you choose to do so.
Your care is between you and your doctor. It is never shared with your employer.

Primary Care
Our experienced care team can help you and your eligible dependents with a full range of everyday health needs, including:
- Preventive care, annual physical exams and health screenings for all ages
- Full pediatric services, including well-child and sick visits
- Vaccinations for all ages
- Management of conditions such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure and arthritis
- Diagnosis and treatment of illness and injuries
- Guidance on nutrition and fitness
- Medication management
- Referral to specialists as needed

Imaging & Lab Services
Imaging:
We provide x-ray services with easy scheduling. All exams are interpreted by board certified radiologists.
Lab:
Bloodwork and other testing is available at our on-site laboratory. Lab services are available before and after appointments, or you can walk in during regular office hours.

Behavioral HealthMental health is a critical component of overall wellness. Our behavioral health counselor can help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief counseling and more. Care is provided both in-person and virtually.

Dietician and Athletic TrainerWhether you’re looking to lose weight or manage a chronic condition like diabetes, we have professionals on-site to help you meet your goals.

Physical TherapyWe provide a wide range of outpatient therapy appointments to accommodate your work schedule. Our therapists deliver evidence-based care that promotes healing, relieves aches and pains, and helps restore strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. We listen to you and start where you are, one step at a time.
Appointment Scheduling
Stellantis Family Health and Wellness Center delivered by Henry Ford Health is not a walk-in clinic that provides first-come, first-serve appointments. Patients should schedule appointments in advance by telephone.
Our team will do its best to work you into the schedule, should you walk in needing care. Please understand patients who have scheduled appointments will be given priority.

Virtual Visits
Virtual visits are available with all our clinicians and can be scheduled for preventative care, sick visits and behavioral health. Our dietician also offers virtual appointments.
Note: Virtual visits require internet connection via a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera, speaker and microphone.
