Valet Service and Parking Options

Free Valet Service

Free valet parking is available at the Emergency Department, the hospital’s main entrance and the Professional Building. For your convenience, we encourage you to take advantage of this service. The valet parking hours of service are:

  • Emergency Department: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Saturday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Hospital Main Entrance: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Professional Building: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Visitor Parking Deck

Our Visitor Parking Deck provides free covered parking year-round for patients and visitors. To ensure the safety of our guests, the parking deck is monitored for security 24-hours a day.

Access the Deck by entering the hospital campus at the corner of E. Michigan Avenue and Page Avenue. Continue past the Emergency drive to the Parking Deck entrance marked with a blue “P”.

The Visitor Parking Deck is especially convenient for visitors and patients of our Emergency Department, Imaging Services, Lab, Heart & Vascular Center and Inpatient Care..

Campus Parking Lots

All parking lots closest to the hospital and its surrounding facilities, including the Professional Building and the Charles Anderson Building, are designated as Visitor Parking and are free for our patients and visitors.

Some spaces within those lots are restricted for specific uses, such as Emergency, Handicap Accessible and Two-Hour Parking. Please follow these restrictions to ensure all our guests have appropriate and adequate parking.

If you are having an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Please do not utilize this scheduling feature for urgent medical situations.

For your safety please select a MyChart Video Visit on Demand or call our MyCare Advice Line at 844-262-1949 before scheduling if: You currently have a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, you are experiencing a new loss of taste and/or sense of smell, in the past 21 days, you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, in the past 14 days, you have had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19. Or, you have experienced two or more of the following symptoms in the last 3 days: fever, chills, drenching sweats, new cough, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose or nasal congestion, or nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.
