Self-paced and behavioral weight management programs

There are various weight management programs designed to be done at your own pace. These programs are meant to help you access the information you need, when you need it.

Vita: Customized Weight Loss Program

Vita, the wellness center at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, offers a comprehensive weight loss program which includes personalized nutrition strategies and fitness assessments, acupuncture to help decrease cravings, herbal medicines to boost digestion, and lifestyle behavior changes offered by certified health coaches. Henry Ford Behavioral Health Weight Solution Program

Henry Ford Behavioral Health Services offers a program designed to help adults with overeating, binge eating or obesity. The program consists of seven group sessions, which teach participants how to change their eating patterns and the way they thing about eating and managing stress. This program is available for anyone. Classes are available in Detroit, Troy and Clinton Township.
