Once you have created an account with the All of Us Research Program and completed the three consent forms and three surveys, you are ready to schedule your clinic visit to officially become one in a million!
The All of Us Research Program has several convenient enrollment locations throughout Michigan. Select your preferred location from the options below for instructions on how to schedule your in-person visit for the program.
- Please try to complete the online portion of the program before your scheduled visit. Click here to get started or download the free All of Us app on your phone.
- If you would prefer to complete the online portion at the time of your visit with the help of an All of Us team member, please call (844) 893-3908 and press option 1 to schedule.

Pop-Up locations are not permanent clinics. The All of Us team goes on-site to special enrollment locations per the request of interested parties. Pop-Up’s are usually a 1 or 2-day event.
