Researchers around the world are working to find treatments and cures for COVID-19. The more information they have, the more effective they can be.

The All of Us Research Program works in a similar way. The more health information we gather (with your help!), the more we can advance research into many different health conditions. This will give researchers the data they need to make important discoveries.

You can make a difference from a safe distance. We want to recognize how much your participation in health research matters. As a team member of Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital, your voice and survey answers are an important contribution and one way you can help drive health research.

Enrollment from a distance

Completing enrollment is the first step toward sharing your data to drive health research.

To get started you can create an All of Us account. From a distance you will complete the consent and initial health surveys. When it’s safe, you will be asked to meet us in one of our clinics for a brief appointment to get your physical measurements and collect blood and urine. Upon completion you will receive a $25 gift card. We invite Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital team members to complete your clinic visit during work hours.
