It is almost time to hit the golf course for our 39th Annual Henry Ford Wyandotte Golf Classic!

Kick off the summer at the historic Grosse Ile Golf & Country Club, where you’ll enjoy over 300 acres of rolling hills, stunning fairways, and two exciting golf flights.

This year’s outing holds even greater meaning. In 2026, we proudly celebrate 100 years of caring at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital – a century of service, compassion and commitment to the Downriver community.

For nearly four decades, our Golf Classic has been a treasured tradition that reflects the same spirit that has sustained our hospital for 100 years; partnership, generosity, and a shared dedication to improving lives. The continued success of this event would not be possible without the support of our sponsors, golfers and volunteers. 

Over 39 years, this event has raised more than $3 million to advance critical programs and initiatives – including a new trauma suite at the Henry Ford Medical Center- Brownstown, provided support to our Patient Medical Needs fund helping patients in need, monitor defibrillators for local fire departments and many more. Proceeds from our last Golf Classic allowed us to provide over $100,000 of support for our new state-of-the-art cancer care and infusion center.

Because the new state-of-the-art cancer care and infusion center in Wyandotte is such a transformational and significant investment in the future of care for our community, it will once again serve as the beneficiary of this year’s Golf Classic. Located steps away from our hospital, this new center will provide a higher level of patient-centered care and increased privacy for those undergoing cancer-related infusion treatments.

As we honor a century of care and look toward our next 100 years, your partnership continues to make a meaningful difference. With your support, we will build on our legacy and continue to improve the lives of the Downriver community.

5:30 p.m. - Awards Reception (tentative start time)

Afternoon includes: Lunch, on-course complimentary beverages, complimentary bar with heavy hors d’oeuvres, and short awards program. 

Please note there are no jeans allowed at the Grosse Ile Golf & Country Club. Please dress in golf attire.
