Ask A Doctor or Pharmacist

Representatives from Rochester Academic Family Medicine will be on-site from 11 am - 3 pm at the Neighborhood House Food Pantry in Rochester on the first Thursday of the month in May - September to provide:

• Free Blood Pressure checks and health screenings
• One-on-one conversations to address general health questions and concerns
• Medication counseling and medication reviews
• Assistance with prescription disposal

No cost, no appointment needed. Just walk in.
