Let's Talk CKD (chronic kidney disease) in Eastpointe

The "Let's Talk CKD" class is a free workshop for people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and their caregivers.

During this class, you will learn about:

• How to slow the progression of or prevent CKD.
• Dietary management of CKD.
• Treatment options for end-stage kidney disease, including home dialysis and kidney transplant.
• The stages of kidney disease and what you can do to take an active part in your health.
