Let's Talk CKD (chronic kidney disease) in Macomb
The "Let's Talk CKD" class is a free workshop for people living with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and their caregivers.
During this class, you will learn about:
- How to slow the progression of or prevent CKD.
- Dietary management of CKD.
- Treatment options for end-stage kidney disease, including home dialysis and kidney transplant.
- The stages of kidney disease and what you can do to take an active part in your health.
