Cooking a complete meal of protein, starch, and vegetables
Join this cooking demonstration as Henry Ford West Bloomfield chef Shawn Davis shows how to make a complete meal of grilled flank steak, roast asparagus, and a tasty potato dish. Chef will prepare alternatives for those who do not eat meat or red meat. This is a hands-on cooking demonstration. Participants will taste recipes and take home samples cooked in class.
We heard from our wonderful community members and are pleased to offer this cooking class. We will continue to offer classes based on demand.
