1 cup chopped sweet onion
8 ounces ground turkey breast
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
14-ounce can low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, tomatoes, and pasta. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, 12 to 13 minutes or until pasta is done. Stir spinach into hot pasta mixture. Sprinkle cheese over pasta mixture. Place pan in oven and broil 2 minutes or until cheese melts and begins to brown.
