Creative Mindfulness With Art
Creative Mindfulness with Art sessions give you an opportunity to reduce stress through art making and conversation in a judgment free atmosphere. All you need to participate is paper and a pencil – no prior art skills are required, just a willingness to try. All Creative Mindfulness with Art sessions are offered virtually and are free of charge. Classes are intended for adults. Adults who wish to have their children attend with them is fine, but please note some topics discussed may not be deemed appropriate for younger children; please use your own judgement.
Check out this flyer for more art-therapy related classes:
NOTE: If no participants join the call/class within 15 minutes after the start time, the call/class will end.
To assist you in the virtual sessions, suggested supplies are listed below to have on hand. All projects will be completed using items you probably already have on hand. We do not expect you to make large purchases for supplies. The Art Therapist will be able to assist you with modifications to the project with the materials you have.
