About Me
Biographical Statement
Elizabeth Bradford is a licensed, master’s prepared social worker with more than 20 years’ experience in adult behavioral health. She became interested in behavioral health after having the desire to be an agent for change. She is passionate about helping patients learn tools to change their emotions, behaviors, and way of thinking.
Her clinical areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety, and substance abuse issues. She currently works with young adults and adults with mood disorders, anxiety, and substance use issues.
Elizabeth has advanced training in dialectical behavioral therapy and uses DBT in her practice as well as other evidence-based therapies. She received her Master of Social Work at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.
Care Philosophy
"I believe that every patient’s life should be full of joy and happiness with the ability to live it to the fullest. My goal is to help patients learn tools to manage their emotions, behaviors, and improve their relationships. I use efficacy-based therapies to teach patients tools they can use to feel better, all while providing a safe environment."
