Children’s health and wellness are important to everyone in a community. That’s why Henry Ford partners with local schools and community organizations to give your child the support you need within your own neighborhood.

Generation with Promise

The Generation with Promise program was founded in 2007 with a goal to help students and their families Move More, Eat Better and Change Lives! The program works with schools to help improve school environments and encourage healthier student behaviors.

School-based health program

The school-based health program is designed to provide high-quality care to children and adolescents where they are. We have health centers within schools, as well as community health centers and mobile units, to provide primary, preventive and early intervention care to students and their families.
