At Henry Ford Cancer Institute, the experts on our tumor board meet weekly to discuss your care and progress. They will develop your treatment plan by sharing their expertise and skillfully managing your care, while working toward your recovery. Our tumor board includes specialists in:

  • Gynecologic oncology (specializing in surgery and chemotherapy)
  • Radiation oncology
  • Radiology
  • Pathology
  • Clinical trials
  • Nurse navigators
  • Social work and supportive oncology services

After your treatment plan has been created, our nurse navigators will schedule all your appointments, and answer your questions along the way. We also offer a variety of cancer support services to help reduce stress, and support your physical and emotional needs.
