Full Meal Replacement: FAST Start
Full Meal Replacement Plan
In our most structured plan, you will follow a short-term, medically supervised diet for rapid weight loss results. Instead of eating food from the grocery store or restaurants, you will temporarily purchase meal replacement foods like shakes, soups and pre-packaged entrees through our Meal Replacement Store Front. While this is a restricted-calorie program, you will eat small meals throughout the day, staggering your mealtimes to help you stay ahead of hunger and maintain a steady flow of nutrients to the body.

If you are looking for more flexibility in your diet, this plan combines the benefits of low-calorie meal replacement foods with healthy meals you prepare yourself. Throughout the day you will enjoy food purchased through our Meal Replacement Store Front as well as food you have purchased from the grocery store. Our dietitians will support you with numerous recipes to help you make healthy food choices.

Guided Grocery Store Plan
Instead of losing weight with the help of meal replacements, this plan takes a whole food approach by helping you create a heathy meal plan using food you buy at the grocery store. Learn about putting together meals that combine lean proteins, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, low-fat dairy and healthy fats.
Obesity Medicine
All patients enrolled in one of our weight management programs have the option to meet with a board-certified obesity medicine physician for a comprehensive medical evaluation for the disease of obesity. During this visit, you will have the opportunity to discuss personalized treatment strategies, including lifestyle changes, nutritional guidance, and evidence-based medications such as GLP-1s.
Obesity medicine specialists are trained to understand the complex factors that contribute to weight gain and weight loss resistance, including genetics, hormones, metabolism, and behavioral health. They work closely with you to develop a tailored plan that addresses your individual needs and health goals.
