Photo gallery overview

The photo gallery allows you to showcase a carousel of images on your website. The photo gallery can support images of various sizes but maintains a fixed width to ensure consistency for all galleries throughout the site. The recommendation is to size all images to the same to avoid any extra padding in the background container. This also ensures consistency between desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. All image file sizes should be 100 KB or less, unless reducing the size greatly compromises the quality of the image.

Captions

If using both a title and description, the following character count is recommended:

• Title: 78 characters
• Description: 100 characters

This keeps the text each to 1 line in desktop and 2 lines in mobile. If you only use the description field, you can double the characters, so no more than 200 characters.

Images

Images can be featured in landscape, portrait, or square dimensions. Landscape image recommended specs are 800 x 500px (see landscape gallery example below). Portrait image recommended specs are 400 x 533px (see portrait gallery example). Square image recommended specs are 500 x 500px (see square gallery example).
