Henry Ford Sports Performance Programs

Total body fitness and conditioning are key to optimal sports performance. It’s also one of the best ways to prevent injury. Henry Ford Sports Performance Programs are designed to help you develop your skills, keep your competitive edge and prevent injury.

Our team of specialists work with athletes of all skill levels: from high school, collegiate and professional athletes to weekend warriors. Our performance specialists also work with small groups and teams.

Advanced Conditioning and Analysis

Our Sports Performance Specialists also work closely with our state-of-the-art biomechanics lab to get the most effective program designed for you. We use this technology to evaluate how you move to help you recover fully from your injury or to give you a competitive edge.
