Henry Ford Health System has made the process of reviewing, understanding and paying your bill easier than ever before. With Henry Ford Bill Pay, you can see what your insurance has paid (explanations of benefits), and what you’ve been charged (statements) all in one place. You can also pay in full or set up payment arrangements to fit your budget.

What do I need to pay online?

If this is your first time using Henry Ford Bill Pay, you’ll need a copy of your statement with the guarantor number, found in the upper right hand corner of each page of your statement. After that, you’ll log in with your user name and password each time you visit.

What if I’ve made payments in the past through MyChart?

Henry Ford Bill Pay has replaced MyChart for online billing and payment.

Has anything else about MyChart changed?

No. All the other functions of MyChart, including the ability to communicate with providers, see lab or test results, view or request appointments and manage your health and that of your family remain in place, with additional enhancements on the way.

What if I need help? 

If you need help setting up your Henry Ford Bill Pay account, or have any billing questions, call us at (800) 999-5829. Billing representative are available Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Or If you have experienced two or more of the following symptoms in the last 3 days: fever, chills, drenching sweats, new cough, loss of taste/smell, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose or nasal congestion, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.
