Pay your bill online with Henry Ford MyChart

Henry Ford Health has made the process of reviewing, understanding and paying your bill easier than ever before. You can see what your insurance has paid (explanations of benefits), and what you’ve been charged (statements) all in one place. You can also pay in full or set up payment arrangements to fit your budget.

What do I need to pay online?

If this is your first time paying online, you’ll need a copy of your statement with the guarantor number, found in the upper right hand corner of each page of your statement. After that, you’ll log in with your user name and password each time you visit.

If you need help setting up your Henry Ford account, or have any billing questions, call us at (800) 999-5829. Billing representatives are available Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Fridays: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
