If you have recently lost your insurance or haven’t had insurance, we can help you apply for Medicaid benefits online, track your application, assist with submitting documents and provide you access to a device for your application. We can also help you understand your Medicaid HMO plan and the plans that Henry Ford accepts.

• If you have recently lost your insurance, we can help you apply for a Marketplace plan. These plans office a wide range of benefits, some with high deductibles or copays. Our team can help you choose and understand what those benefits may mean to your cost of care. If you already have a Marketplace plan, we help you understand your benefits and what they mean to your cost of care. We can also help you understand which of these plans Henry Ford accepts.
• Commercial or Employer Group plans may not cover all of your healthcare expenses. We can help you understand what your benefits mean to your cost of care. If you recently lost your commercial or employer plan, we may be able to connect you to resources to help pay your Cobra premiums.
• All plans can have coverage limits, high deductibles and/or high copays. We can help you understand those benefits covered and help connect you to possible resources when your care isn't covered.
