Program Offerings

• Half-day Appointment (exams, tests, meeting with physician)
• All examinations, including radiological examinations, can be performed on the Novi campus
• Appointments can be made in Japanese
• Native Japanese staff escorts patients from the registration to the radiology department and provides interpretation services during examinations and testing
• Examinations are performed in accordance with Japanese and U.S. clinical guidelines and related laws and regulations
• No out-of-pocket for the patient (can be billed directly to your employer) *
  *Only for contracted companies
• Result reports are also sent with Japanese translation
• Health guidance to be provided by a physician to support a healthy lifestyle
• Assistance in arranging further tests, referrals, and scheduling with specialists, and establishing a primary care physician
  (including you and your spouse)

Comprehensive Exam

• Detailed medical interview, examination, and consultation with a physician to address health concerns
• Health guidance by a physician
• Physical measurements (height, weight, blood pressure, BMI, waist circumference, etc.)
• Visual acuity test (including color vision test)
• Hearing test
• Blood tests (biochemistry, cholesterol, liver function, kidney function, hepatitis test, etc.)
• Urinalysis
• Fecal occult blood test
• EKG
• Ancillary tests (chest x-ray, barium stomach test, abdominal ultrasonography, etc.)

Optional Tests

• PSA
• Pap smear
• Mammography (etc.)　

Scheduling an Appointment

• There is an application form for each company or private patient. If you do not have an application form, please call us to schedule an appointment. (Tel: 248-465-4024)
• Please fill out the application form and send it by email to the following dedicated desk
• After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation form and related documents by e-mail.
  * The fecal occult blood kit will be given to you on the day of the checkup, and you will be asked to return it by mail later
