Community Health

At Henry Ford Health System, our vision is to “be the trusted partner in health, leading the nation in superior care and value.” To be a truly transformative force for communities, it is key to listen to the voices of those we serve.

We continue to be your partner for community health needs. Services like wellness counseling, faith community nursing, prenatal support, and tips on healthy eating will always be at the core of our work.

During the COVID-19 crisis, the health of our diverse communities is more crucial than ever. We respond to our communities’ needs and requests by giving you information that will help you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy. Here, we provide fact sheets on:

  • The COVID-19 virus itself
  • How to know when to call your doctor, or go to the ER
  • What you can do to keep yourself and each other safe
  • How to manage stress, and more topics and resources you have asked about

Visit our Henry Ford Community Health COVID-19 page. You can rest easy knowing our team will be updating the facts on the virus as we learn more about it.

You can also learn more on the Henry Ford Coronavirus page.

Wishing you and yours health and wellness, and even more so in these days.
