About Our Community Health Services

Henry Ford Health supports community organizations by providing:

• Health education presentations
• Preventive health screenings
• On-site support at community health fairs

Many services are available at no or reduced cost to help increase access to trusted health information and early detection.

These services are available to worksites, schools, churches, and other community organizations.

Scheduling Requirements

To help us plan and coordinate:

• Many services can be scheduled with at least 30 days’ notice.
• Some offerings—such as mammograms, cancer screenings, and formal presentations may require up to 4 weeks of advance notice.
• For best availability, please submit your request at least 6 weeks before the date services are needed.

How to Request Services

2. Complete the online request form with details about your organization, event, audience, and preferred services.
3. Submit your request for review.
