You can now create your own estimates for many common procedures in real time. Our new tool will create estimates with expected out-of-pocket costs based on your expected service and your specific insurance co-pay, co-insurance and deductible information.

Your out-of-pocket responsibility is an estimate. You will be billed for all services based on your needs and medical condition. Additional services not listed in this estimate may be performed to better care for you. Also, services performed by a physician not employed by Henry Ford Health System are billed separately and are not included in this estimate. If you provide insurance information, your out-of-pocket responsibility will be determined based on information we receive from your insurance provider.

You will not be able to create an estimate for all procedures. If you don't find your procedure, please call (888) 455-2678, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., or submit an online pricing request.

If you are having an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Please do not utilize this scheduling feature for urgent medical situations.

For your safety please select a MyChart Video Visit on Demand or call our MyCare Advice Line at 844-262-1949 before scheduling if: You currently have a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, you are experiencing a new loss of taste and/or sense of smell, in the past 21 days, you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, in the past 14 days, you have had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19. Or, you have experienced two or more of the following symptoms in the last 3 days: fever, chills, drenching sweats, new cough, shortness of breath, body aches, headache, sore throat, runny nose or nasal congestion, or nausea/vomiting/diarrhea.
