Surprise Billing

Out-of-Network Surprise Bills:

At Henry Ford, we want to protect you from receiving surprise medical bills if you see an out-of-network provider at one of our in-network facilities, or in the case of emergency services. In these scenarios, Henry Ford will only bill you for your insurance plan’s in-network cost share such as copays and deductibles. You have rights under the No Surprises Act to be protected from surprise medical bills in these scenarios.

Self-Pay Price Estimates

Henry Ford wants you to understand the anticipated cost of care. If you are uninsured, or do not intend to use your health insurance for your care, you are entitled to receive a price estimate.
