Our Leaders

Courtland Keteyian, M.D., M.B.A., M.P.H.
Interim President & CEO
Dr. Keteyian was named President and CEO of the Jackson Health Network (JHN) in 2019. He also serves as VP of Population Health and Medical Director of Occupational Health at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital. During his time as JHN President, he was accountable for operations spanning the clinical network, community health, population health management and business health. Dr. Keteyian was chosen to lead the Mosaic CIN based on JHN’s nation-leading success and vision for the future.
Dr. Keteyian joined Henry Ford Jackson Hospital in 2016, initially serving in a joint capacity as Medical Director for the JHN and the Jackson County Health Department.
Dr. Keteyian received his Doctor of Medicine, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of Michigan. He completed a residency in preventive medicine and a fellowship in medical innovation at the University of Michigan and a fellowship in occupational medicine at the University of Colorado. He is dual board certified in preventive medicine and occupational medicine.

Erika Dochoda, M.S.A.
Chief Network Services Officer
Erika brings extensive experience to her role, having previously served as the Vice President of Network Performance and Operations for JHN. With more than 15 years in health network management, Erika’s expertise lies in cultivating provider relationships and spearheading innovative strategies tailored to enhance patient care. As CNSO, Erika is the principal operational leader for network services, including oversight of provider membership management, payor programs, contractual and regulatory compliance, and the implementation of clinical program and practice transformation interventions to maximize the network’s performance in value-based care.

Miles Schermerhorn, M.H.S.A.
Chief Administrative Officer
With about 15 years of progressive leadership at Henry Ford Health, Miles provides strategic guidance to the executive team, overseeing Governance operations and critical Network support functions. Previously, Miles was the Administrative Director for the Henry Ford Cancer service line, where he led operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives, including the management of the Brigitte Harris Cancer Pavilion. Miles brings a commitment to operational excellence and innovative leadership to drive the success of Mosaic CIN in delivering value-based care.
