How to Apply
Applicant requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy
- Licensure in the state of Michigan
- Resident must be able to start the program at the end of June
- Please note that if the resident is not licensed by the start of the residency, the program director/coordinator will discuss this on a case-by-case basis.
Application requirements
- Interested candidates may apply via Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application (PhORCAS).
- Register for the National Matching Service (NMS).
- For the PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Program (NMS program code: 182813), applications must be completed and received by January 5, 2024
- For the PGY2 Critical Care Program (NMS program code: 668152), applications must be completed and received by January 2, 2024
- Interview (on-site or virtual)
