Scholarly activities are crucial in medical education as they enhance the advancement of medical knowledge, evidence-based practices and the improvement of patient care. Scholarly activities can include research projects, systematic reviews, quality improvement projects, curriculum development, and presentations at conferences. Henry Ford Providence Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship in conjunction with GME has a dedicated team supporting fellows and faculty in fostering scholarly activities. The fellowship program provides ample opportunities including the state-of-the-art simulation laboratory.
