Saroj Misra, DO, FACOFP dist., FAAFP

Dr. Misra served the program from 7/2001-5/2026. A nationally recognized leader in osteopathic medicine and primary care, Dr. Misra expanded the guiding principles of the program to focus on care that encompassed mind, body, and spiritual connection. Through his efforts, he has left a legacy at the program of the guiding principle to 'leave the program better for those that came after, just as those before you left the program better for you.'

Charles McCloskey, MD

Dr. McCloskey served the program from 7/1995-6/2015. The founder of the residency program, Dr. McCloskey laid the groundwork for a community-focused practice centered on clinical excellence and comprehensive primary care. His legacy continues to inspire our mission of serving the community with integrity, honor, and skill.
