Jaana Ashtiani, OD

Dr. Ashtiani was born and raised in Michigan but spent several of her childhood years living outside of the U.S in various countries. She attended Michigan State University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from Illinois College of Optometry. Her residency then brought her back to Michigan, where she was trained in Ocular Disease and Physiology at the John D. Dingell VAMC. Dr. Ashtiani is a huge fan of traveling, spending time with her family, and taking part in any activities that involve the outdoors.
