Application Requirements

Applicants are required to submit the following items prior to the application deadline to be considered for selection in to the program:

• Essay
• Two letters of recommendation
• Resume/CV
• Transcript (unofficial) from entry level physical therapy academic program

Strong candidates will have one or more of the following:

• Successful completion of a full-time clinical internship in an acute care hospital
• Letter of recommendation from a clinical instructor from an acute care rotation

Summer cohort
Application deadline: April 25, 2025
Interviews: May 2025
Start date: August 25, 2025

Winter cohort:
Application deadline: September 8, 2025
Interviews: October 2025
Start date: February 23, 2026
