Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery Research Fellowship

Overview

The Research Fellowship Program is meant to increase publications, presentations at meetings, presentations at more impactful meetings, and the development of a successful surgeon scientist. The program has also added a research fellow position supported by philanthropic donations. A formal research curriculum for regulatory compliance and research methodology is available for research fellows and students to provide education on ethical and compliant research practices as well as sound scientific methodology. Numerous faculty participate in the mentorship of medical students for research projects.

Description: A one-year research fellowship position is available for motivated medical students interested in a career as a surgeon scientist in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. We offer experience in clinical, outcomes, and health services research opportunities in otolaryngology. The candidate will work in multiple specialties in otolaryngology.
