Residency Application
Qualified applicants will be invited to interview according to program priorities until interview slots are filled. Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate the following:
- Training at an accredited US medical school (LCME or AOA accredited) and to US citizens/green card holders (must have at least 12 months of US clinical experience, excludes observerships and externships)
- Graduation within the past two years or transitional residency experience
- High academic achievement (no Step 3 failures, maximum one Step 1 or 2 failure)
- Commitment to family medicine
- Leadership and/or community service
- Likelihood of choosing to live in Michigan

- Salary PGY-1: $55,869
- Salary PGY-2: $57,560
- Salary PGY-3: $59,369
- Reimbursement of state licensing fees
- CME/Conference/Book Allowance:
- PGY-1: $1,000
- PGY-2: $1,200
- PGY-3: $3,250
- $1,800 meal card
