Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital values Code Lavender as a support system that provides emotional and spiritual care to healthcare workers following stressful or traumatic events. By offering a safe space to debrief and process emotions, Code Lavendar promotes staff well-being, resilience, and healing.
TRUST Program
Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital’s TRUST Program is a confidential, nurse-to-nurse peer support initiative designed to assist nurses following emotionally challenging events or during times of overwhelm. TRUST stands for Treatment that is Just; Respect, Understanding and Compassion; Supportive Care; and Transparency with the Opportunity to Contribute.
